TRANSFORMATION OF THE AMERICAN PRESIDENCY

Our vision is that within our lifetime there will be a transformation of the American presidency. This will be the signal that the shift toward a more positive future is underway.

In 1984 I conducted a campaign to be selected as the vice presidential nominee on the democratic ticket, proposing a Peace Room and an Office for the Future in the White House under the V.P. to scan for, map, connect, and communicate what is working in America. Over 200 delegates signed a petition to place my name in nomination. Two women’s names were placed in nomination, Geraldine Ferraro and myself.

In my campaign I developed strategies that use both the SYNCON and the Peace Room. These strategies comprised a model of the change I wanted to see in the political world, in campaigns for the presidency as well as for other offices.

I am interested in helping candidates who would like to learn from my experience and take a different direction into the political process.
